Today, my child had an appointment with the eye doctor, a very poor service, and the eye doctor and her nurses had a very ugly procedure with us.

Two weeks since I ordered my meds. Still have not been able to obtain them. First attempt at pickup, they dispensed the rest of my scripts, forgot the other. Had to reorder it since they marked it as picked up. Front desk called me a liar today for saying this is my third visit to get my meds. Everyone Ive spoken to was significantly less than helpful, if not outright rude and condescending. Today marks the second day Ive had to call out of work to sit in the pharmacy while going through withdrawals. Theyve given me no help with transferring my prescription to another pharmacy or shipping it like they claim to offer. I miss CVS.

I had an appointment 3:50 I came on time. Ive been waiting at the line 15 minutes and then the receptionist said go to Next building I went to Next building next building the reception and said let me ask the doctor I waited 40 minutes no answer I left this location .
