Today, Roman from West Coast Plumbing replaced my 75 gallon water heater. He was polite and answered all of my questions. The installation looks great and he cleaned up the work area afterwards. Roman reviewed the safety features with me and made sure I knew how to turn on the water heater if the pilot light went out. West Coast Plumbing offered a much cheaper price than other, more well-known companies. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of a water heater. Shoutout to the receptionist on the phone for being extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful as well.

Roman was knowledgeable about city codes, obtained the necessary permit, and even went above and beyond by patching a hole that he wasn't required to. He was also thorough in explaining what was necessary and why, and he took care of my home by cleaning up after himself. From scheduling to completion of the job, WCHP provided wonderful service. I am now a lifetime customer and will refer all family and friends to them.

Roman, their technician, arrived exactly on time and did an excellent job installing our new water heater, ensuring that everything was properly and professionally done.
