Fred came out and did some work on my place over the weekend. My water heater had stopped working and I needed a new system. Fred was polite and professional. It took a few hours and I was up and running again with warm water. More than anything I appreciate how simple the whole process was. I couldn't be happier to write this review for Fred, he certainly deserves it.

A2Z Water Heater Company is truly great. There website is educational. Mr. Ford and Joey are full of knowledge. I had received several quote before reaching out to A2Z. I couldn't be happier. As a single parent of a severely autistic kiddo, Mr. Ford and Joey are awesome, kind, and respectful. Understanding and patience. Also did a great job replacing the Water Heater Tank. I think they went beyond. Honestly. Even the city inspector stated upon inspection that this company does some of the best work. So, yeah. You will not be disappointed by choosing A2Z to replace your Water Heater tank.

Fred, Joey, and Shelley provide the most courteous and professional customer service I've ever seen. Fred provided a lot of information on water heaters - more than I thought there was to know. He was communicative and not pushy, which I appreciate. Despite not using them for this project, I would absolutely call them again if something were to come up or recommend them if anyone asked.
