This was once the best Staples store to go &conduct business, and I repeat "Once The Best Staples" this place is horrible now! The Manager to one of the gals in the business section, the one that suppose to be manager of that area, is horrible, zero customer service skills, must have learned from the current manager! So obvious he is way over his head in customer service skills, willing to bet, he is a "Tyrant" to work for! Personally and through my nonprofit agency, I have been conducting business at this Staples, way beyond 10 yrs plus, this is by-far the worst service I have ever received, just for business cards! WOW!

Five stars for the staff. I came in to pick up something I ordered online, but it wasn't in stock so they couldn't give it to me. The guy who told me - I think his name was Cory? - could have stopped there, but he took the time to help me find an alternative so I didn't leave empty-handed. Really appreciated the extra effort.

TSA appointment was a waste of time, go to airport instead. Probably not Staples fault but they work with IdentGo. Employees had no idea what was going on.
