Rapid Rents Property Management Inc.

By far the worst property management company ran by husband and wife. We rented a year from them. Joe (husband) NEVER gets back to you, I had put in several repair requests. The closet rack in the master bathroom was broken it took them 3 months to repair that. Worst communication possible. Susie (wife) has some major attitude problems from the start she is extremely rude which is why I preferred to speak to Joe (who doesnt respond). You have to send them several reminders to get things taken care of. I am extremely glad we bought our own house and never have to deal with this company again. They ate up our almost all of our security deposit $2200 when there werent any major damages to the property besides cleaning and paint job. I am waiting for them to send over the receipt's of everything which will take another couple weeks or months even given the slowest of this. I recommend Susie to stop being rude and Joe to answer his phone.

I just want to say that the company stands behind their value in my time at home searching for a really long time this company is the most honest trustworthy company and great customer service and my moving process was easy as me and the one above and beyond
