We purchased our first rental home and we were looking for a Property Manager that could provide advice and information for first time rental property owners. We immediately knew Justin was the best person to manage our property. He knows the market, understands rental costs and has excellent resources for any home repairs and property upgrades you might need to do. He also has flexible options and for a minimal cost manages all of our utilities and expenses. Additionally, we had some upgrades we wanted to do to the home and some repairs and he connected us with one of the best contractors that we have worked with. This contractor got everything we needed done in less than a week. Justin is knowledgeable, communicative and respectful and we give hime 5 stars. If you need a property manager we highly recommend Justin.
