I have been on the board of our HOA for about 8 years, working with Laura and Sac Management most of that time. I have found Laura to be helpful, knowledgeable, and professional every time I have interacted with her. She and her team have often gone out of their way to help things run smoothly in our community. I would recommend Sac Management to other associations looking for professional management at a fair price.

We have Laura at Sac Mgmt managing our community, where we have our home, for many years now. Anytime there is a problem she is right on it to resolve. We love how we always receive a quick response from her team. We also service a swimming pool for one of her properties. Out of all the mgmt companies we work with Laura is the best in every way. We are always able to get her on the phone and discuss what is needed in a timely fashion. We would highly recommend Laura and her team over any other mgmt co.

Robert Rossi I have been on the board for over 10 years and am the current president of our association, Sierra Oaks West. Because over this last winter, which was challenging at best, Laura Vaca was able to address all of our concerns while being inundated with calls for help from other associations she manages, I would like to express my respect for the integrity, honesty and attention to details Laura and her team possess at Sacramento Management Co. Inc. Working with them over the years has been rewarding in many ways. Laura is exceptional at staying up to date on the Federal, State and County regulations, which is essential in making sure we are always in compliance with these regulations. She is very direct in informing us of the changes and the impact they have on our association. If you are one who feels you can somehow skirt around sections in the Davis-Stirling Act or other regulations just to make it, what you think is easier or frivolous, Laura will let you know that is unacceptable and not the behavior she can support. If you are seeking a management company for your HOA, it will be difficult to find one that has the degree of expertise they have procured. Laura has developed many sources, both with city officials and contractors, so she is able to help in finding the right contact(s)) to assist in accomplishing our needs. This helps expedite what needs to be addressed. That being said, when it comes to asking for help where a government entity is involved, the wheels turn very slowly but, in time, they are of help. Dee Ann Freeman, who is a head of accounting, and Laura see to it our association is fiscally solid and funded within state mandated requirements and that our budget is overseen by an annual audit. As is required, they diligently make sure all of our association expenses and income are accounted for by a third-party accounting firm. What I appreciate is the time and patience Dee Ann spends with me to make sure the board is managing our expenses prudently keeping in mind immediate and future items needing to be addressed. Bottom line, Sacramento Management Co. Inc. is a small quality company that is an extremely well-managed with integrity and experience. They are small but mighty.

I have been on HOA boards for over twenty years and have served in various capacities including president. I have worked with many property managers over the years and I am currently serving on the board of an HOA who employs the services of Sacramento Management. I find Laura Vaca to be of the highest integrity and one who places the interest of her clients above all else. Under Lauras direction, Sacramento Management has always responded quickly to matters and has conducted business on our behalf in a most professional manner. Laura has the knowledge and resources to address all issues that are inherent with property management. Laura is honest and direct and will not compromise her integrity or that of Sacramento Management in the pursuit of quality service and regulatory compliance.
