Lauren is an incredible and reliable therapist! She helped me navigate through a really challenging time in my life offering support anytime that I needed it along with giving helpful resources as well. She also has helped my teenage and adult children through processing through such a difficult time. Always making herself available for all of us. I couldnt imagine going through that difficult time without her. I recommend her to anyone in need of a therapist. Shes truly the best!!!!

I had weekly sessions with Lauren after working with multiple therapists who did not suit me. She truly made an enormous difference in my life alleviating a phobia. I lived many years with this and it gradually worsened in many ways - until I began seeing Lauren. EMDR truly works and I am so thankful for it. She is very goal-oriented and flexible. Could not recommend Lauren more, her work is worth every cent. I do not currently need her services any longer because she was so incredibly helpful for me!

I started working with Lauren after a serious car crash in which I was diagnosed with traumatic brain injury, and subsequently PTSD. Lauren, on our first meeting, gave me her assurance that this was something I would be able to recover from. Her confident and caring demeanor was incredibly soothing to my heightened anxiety and debilitating panic. We worked together for two years and I am grateful to her for getting me back into a car! I will still always be working on my anxiety, but I feel I have made great progress. Theres a lot of therapists out there to choose from, I feel lucky I found Lauren on my first try. Her insight, compassion, and humor were always something to look forward to each week. She doesnt use therapy talk jargon which I really appreciated. And shes smart as F!

Lauren is an excellent therapist who genuinely cares about her patients. All of my therapy sessions with her were healing, transformational, and empowering. Lauren not only helped me mitigate emotional disturbance from my PTSD, but also shared self-soothing techniques that have greatly improved my personal life. I am so grateful to have had her as my therapist!
