        Extremely traumatic experience working as a Realtor with c21 (sales person) none support from the manager Arden Sidie. I was bullied by the front desk receptionist (Chardonnay). They reduced my commission more than $5,900.00 from two escrow I had when I left the company. Arden Sidie promised me to give in house leads and instead of giving me any leads he reduced my commission because I left the company. This is not right no where in the contract says if I leave the company my commission split will be reduced . They just take advantage of me by my race / ethnicity . Just because Im not fluent in English - very frustrating.
