We met Charlie Ramatici and his lovely wife Kimberly as we were dining at a local Carmichael restaurant one evening. After getting to know each other, we learned that Charlie had been arranging real estate debt and equity for a very long time. We were considering pulling some capital out of one of our rental properties and asked Charlie if he could help. Charlie then mentioned that he had a great relationship with Taylor Greer, the owner of a local company by the name of ERA Carlile Realty Group and Carlile Lending.
The rest is history. Taylor and Charlie were able to help us with a loan for our Arden Park rental so we could make some home improvements to our primary residence in Reno. About a year later, we decided to sell the rental property in Sacramento and Taylor and Charlie successfully sold our home just before the market dramatically slowed down.
Frank and I will definitely refer Taylor and Charlie to family and friends for both real estate financing as well as marketing and sales.

I just wanted to say that I normally don't ever post comments on any business but not only because I enjoy working for this company but I will say that Carlile Realty and Lending has the best agents here who enjoy, care and are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I love the culture here and the people i work with. Thank you for everything you guys do for new agents who want to begin their business in the real estate market. So if anyone needs a good realtor please reach out to us or a great Loan Officer since we also do loans here.

Taylor and Andy have been wonderful to work with. As a first time homebuyer they were educational patient and strong advocates for me and my family.
Perhaps most importantly, they secured an extremely competitive loan for me and were always in close contact when I had questions.

Nadia Juarez Cuamatzi was the lady who was helping me and at first she seemed nice and legit but at the end she made promises that she never actually did and she keeped changing and I just didnt like it. She also gives me bad vibes. Horrible services.
