My family and I had to relocate from out of area and were referred to Chantel by another agent. She was so great in every way. She was so accommodating of our schedule and made us feel like her only client, even though Im sure shes got several at a time. She got along with my wife and kids and really paid attention to what my wife was looking for in a house which I appreciated a lot. Not only was she patient and nice to work with, she read over all the legal docs in the process, questioning and catching errors that I didnt even catch. That made me feel confident we had chosen the right realtor to work with. She negotiated with the other agents and kept us in the loop with great communication through the whole process. She stayed on top of my lender to make sure he was performing as he should and really just anticipated everything ahead of time and dealt with issues that came up. Shes a true professional and we were lucky to have been connected with her. I would highly recommend Chantel to anyone looking for help buying or selling real estate in the greater Sacramento area!

Chantel is an outstanding realtor! I was looking to quickly sell my home and I was drawn to her because of all of her positive reviews. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, professional, and resourceful. The closing process was a breeze and I always knew I was in good hands.
