My partner and I were looking to settle down and buy our first home together, but werent sure how to start. Its a daunting process! Mairin not only helped us understand the current market but navigated us through it. She pays attention to details of a home that only someone with her experience and knowledge can, and pointed out things she thought were important that we wouldnt have noticed otherwise. I have to admit, we are pretty picky, but after almost a year we closed on the absolute perfect home! Mairin was great throughout the whole process, and really let us make the best decision for us - I never felt pushed or pressured and thats something I appreciate. As a first time home buyer who has only lived in apartments, I frankly had very little clue what I was doing when I started looking. Mairin took the time not only to patiently go over the home purchasing process with me, but also she took me all around Sacramento to get a feel for the area. I really appreciated how she both questioned my assumptions while respecting my preferences. She advised based on her experience and observations with other clients but never pushed me one way or another, which is a tough balance to strike and a rare quality to have. I really did feel that she was trying to help me figure out what was best for me while calling attention to my blind spots. Mairin was responsive to my myriad of questions and connected me with her network of inspectors and repair professionals at every step of the way. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Mairin was a fantastic partner in every possible way during our process of buying a home. She was always responsive, offered great advice, and we truly valued her opinion throughout the process. She went above and beyond several times at different stages (being present at the home inspection, always being available for calls and quick questions), helping us out in some key moments. Mairin is amazing and the best real estate agent ever! My husband and I recently brought our first house in Sacramento. We were unfamiliar with the area and found Mairin on Yelp. Her knowledge of the area and the market was impressive. She guided us through the entire process from the initial property viewing to taking our picture when we finally received our keys. She has an extensive network of resources and vendors that she worked hand in hand with to ensure that all of our bases were covered. She even attended the house inspection on our behalf because my husband and I had to work. I highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying house in the Sacramento area and if / when we buy another house we will definitely use her services again.
