Sarah is an incredible agent. When I reached out on behalf of my parents, I had my reservations since they had fired their first realtor. Right off the bat, Sarah knocked it out of the park in the first meeting showing up with her prepared researcj for the area and asking questions to get to know them But Sarah stuck with them, showing them somewhere in the ballpark of 60 homes! She advocated for them in negotiating the contract and even supported them in the sale of their own home. My parents praised Sarah for her clear and consistent communication. And for always presenting the facts, and the benefits and disadvantages at everu decision making moment. In the end, my parents sold their home for a strong price when the market was starting to slow for larger homes, and also found them the *perfect* home that exceeded their needs and wants. A delicate responsibility that was handled with finesse, patience, and attention to the details of our requests and questions on both ends; always making sure all our questions were answered. She is an effective and gracious communicator. Sarah always greeted us with a cheeriness that lifted our spirits during our long search for that perfect home.
