We had a roof emergency caused by the wind and trees doing damage to our roof during the last storm. We did not notice the issue until late afternoon on a Friday when my wife walked into an upstairs roof and walked into a flood that was now dripping into our first floor garage. I called NRG- they picked up immediately. They sent a worker out to our house 8a on Saturday. He climbed up onto to roof and took pictures that we could share with our insurance co. He drafted a report for us on the spot and we were able to use that information on our insurance paperwork. He also made a quick repair to a loose shingle was he was on the roof. Quality company!

These guys were great. Got my solar from them last year and then when I needed some help with a small roof leak (not related to the solar install) they jumped all over it and made it easy. Their guy came out, didn't even have to bother us at the house as they sent me an image to point to the leak area. They followed up with photos of all the work including the cracked tiles they removed. I was pleasantly surprised with the photos and follow up. Pretty cool.

Let me just preface this by saying that replacing a roof is very STRESSFUL! Its a BIG job. Not only that, we were having a skylight installed by NRG Pros in our 2nd bathroom. So I was totally nervous when Ron called and said they were starting my job. That was 2 weeks ago. With both jobs now completed I have to say that Im totally happy, and impressed with the quality of work and customer service that NRG Pros has provided! The project manager Eric explained all aspects of both jobs. Oz and his crew worked 10 hour days to make sure there were no weather issues, and they did an excellent job. They had my roof completed in just under 4 days, and Vicente and his crew completed the skylight a few days later. Any problems that they encountered were addressed and handled quickly. And let me add that with a job this big, Im sure stuff comes up. As far as pricing goes, I got 3 quotes and they were all within the same range. I choose NRG Pros based on a recommendation and the reviews I had read.
Let me end by saying that for the size of the job you definitely want the peace of mind that you picked a good company, and I can safely say that NRG Pros has met all my expectations. I would have no issues recommending them!
