Tym is a amazing inspector. He's friendly and gets into details about my roof inspection. Truly professional company. Tym inspected my first standing seam roof and it was terrible. He wasn't afraid to be blunt with me on how bad it was. Very good photos and videos regarding all issues. My second roof inspection by Tym was great. He pointed out all the good stuff. He found some minor issues but he remembered my old roof and compared it. It was a nice feeling to have another set of eyes for my roof. I highly recommend this company and how professional they are.

My husband initially reached out to Grandmark after noticing we had 3 cracked tiles on our roof. They came out quickly and were able to assess the situation and give us a fair quote. We felt good about moving forward with Grandmark as the inital person he met with was professional and friendly. Unfortunately that was the only positive part to this process. We were told during the initial inspection that we were to receive photos and videos of our roof. We never received any of it (and still haven't). When it came time to repair the tiles the contractor that was sent was able to complete the work quickly. After the work was finished he came to the door looking for payment. When I asked him how do I pay? He said nothing and immediately handed me his phone and had someone on the phone waiting. I realized at that point that there was a language barrier. The gentleman on the phone wasn't even sure who he was speaking with at first as he recited an address that wasn't even mine. That alone made me feel uneasy. Once that was taken care of I went upstairs and looked out the window at the work they had just done on the roof. I noticed some sort of imperfection on a roof tile that wasn't there before. I looked at the photos that we took ourselves prior to the work being done yes there was definitely something different. My husband called and texted the photos to them. The same contractor came back out the same day. His demeanor this time came off as very agitated/irritated and was very unprofessional about the matter. Again, he had someone on the phone who was communicating with me because he was unable to. Later that night we noticed that imperfection was gone. My husband and I came to the conclusion that it was most likely some sort of debris that was left over after the repair that looked like an imperfection from afar. Had the contractor been able to adequately communicate with me he might have been able to understand my concern and explain to me what we were seeing. The professionalism is lacking and I would seek another company in the future.
