Excellent service. Roof inspection and subsequent repair. Conscientious and honest. Good people and expert work. Clear photos shared with me to show how areas of my roof looked before service and after. They took the time to explain the visuals--reason for the work, identifying roofs parts and their function. They noticed a few things after work had begun and did not charge extra. Not only that, but extensive cleanup --including nail pickup from pest company that had been there prior. Very happy with Roofchecks. Recommend without question.

I had an overall negative experience with this company, so I cannot recommend them. However, the owner did call to apologize and try to make things right, and that speaks volumes. **Update: The roof that they've "repaired" twice is continuing to leak in the same areas.

The buyer of my house hired these guys to inspect my roof. Igor came introduced himself and was friendly and explained what he had to do. He came back a few minutes later and said the only issues were 2 exposed nails and something with one of the plumbing vents. Then he said if I did not mind he would go ahead and fix the small issues at no charge and give my roof a passing grade.

The roof crew was very pleasant and took their time in explaining issues, potential issues and my options. No pressure. The work survived the epic rainy season of 2022-2023.
