Its JAW DROPPING. as a woman Ive only had good experiences with CORY! Always professional and kind while giving the run around of everything and when returning BECAUSE sadly EVEN IF YOUR LIFE IS you need to be respectful as an EMPLOYEE. The woman I spoke to over the phone before renting at this location who I recognize that Ive never spoken to before this incident!, portrayed utterly unhelpful, unprofessional, unmannerly, yokelish, dismissive, flippant, snooty, snippy, snobbish, disdainful and undeniably unconcerned with me as a customer entirely like it was grueling to answer a question before HANGING UP! wouldnt recommend this store even with its other sensible and respectful employees! ONE BAD APPLE SPOILS THE BARREL

I love this uhaul storage facility . I dropped $50 bucks and when I called about it they were honest and gave it back to me. I figured it was burnt money, but no , they did the right thing. That's where I want to store my valuables . I feel confident that my things are going to be there until I'm ready to pick them up.
