Vans

I like shopping here. The employees are nice and very fast at getting your shoes. The experience is always great. I like vans shoes. They're comfortable and stylish. I got a pair of old skool vans. Tabi helped me and she provided great service.

The Vans store in Arden Fair Mall has a good amount of skateboards and many clothes and shoes. The store has a good layout. I can focus on the items I am looking for, and the salespersons are helpful if I have any questions. The store is very clean and organized very well. It is between Macys and JCPenney on the second floor of the Arden Fair Mall.

I had not been to the Arden Fair Mall in years! Needed to exchange a pair of Vans skate shoes I ordered on line. Loved the look and style, but they are cut differently and were too snug. Wandered into the Vans store on the 2nd floor of the mall toward Macys. They were very busy. It took a few minutes, but a young man greeted me and I told him what I needed. He brought out two pair of Old Skool shoes for me. I tried them on and went with the black/white ones after he was nice enough to pull another pair in a different size for me. He took my shoes up to the counter and told one of the clerks that I would be waiting. He got to me pretty quickly and even the manager came over to assist him with the exchange. Even though I ordered on line, there was no problem returning in the store! I will be back in the future!

Been wearing vans since the mid 70s. Needed a pair of "dressier" looking shoes so my daughters took me shopping. Ended up with three pair.
