Pacific West Signs

Not very responsive. Asked for a quote and also asked if they could make use of some previous signs we had. His only response was "I'm not interested in doing it if we are just installing your old letters". Wow, how about offering some kind of sales pitch? A professional company would not respond in this way. The other companies I contacted were respectful and notified me that the previous signs probably would not meet the requirements of the the new location and quickly provided a proposal and quote.

We absolutely LOVE our signs from Pacific West Signs. They do the best job! Last year we did a grand reopening of one of our locations and were looking for a 3D "Logo" Sign to feature on the roadside. It turned out so much better than we had hoped for. It's such a great feature for when people drive by and really pops out. We definitely recommend Pacific West Signs!

I found Pacific West Signs after another signage vendor flubbed our order, leaving us scrambling to get a new set of code-required signage installed before our city inspection.Don promised to get our order of 50+ signs done by the end of the next business day and his team totally delivered on that promise. The signs looked great and were exactly what we needed for the inspection. Thanks for saving the day for us!
