        Phenomenally responsive. As a POS system, it is fairly customizable to meet your needs, but they shine in their customer support. They are always available to help answer questions, address any potential hiccups that occur immediately, and will do their best to make changes/updates that allow you more functionality.

        The restaurant I work at uses this POS system. We have had so many issues with our gift cards. Once you run someone's credit card with a gift card on it (as in they are buying one) you cannot delete the payment if something happens or if there was a mistake. Many upset customers. Not sure why you wouldn't fix something so important. It is very stressful for workers trying to explain this to customers.
