I contacted CTS with only a broad vision of my goals, and few specifics as to how I planned to get there.  The collaborative/creative process that unfolded from there, was exceptional.  Their team (thank you Robert, Marik and team) became a shareholder in making my vision come to life.  Whether it was refining the broad strokes, offering creative enhancements and alternatives, working through the API modifications or ensuring the greatest Client ease of use, their contributions were invaluable.  The Client interaction through our site has exceeded expectations.  They've created a site that is attractive, functional and flexible as the need arises to modify the aesthetic.  Their ongoing management of the site has also proven to be of high value, as the many modifications needed over time have been aptly handled by Marik and his team.  Most importantly, it has been a pleasure working side by side with Marik.  The creative process has been vibrant and fluid due in large part to the thoughtful investment he's made into our client experience.  Pursuing a relationship with CTS has put us on a trajectory for success, and we're thrilled to have them as a business partner.
