A sense of relief!
This is what I tell most people after I explain that feeling of, awww.
At first it was a little tough to go thru all of my tax issues dating back 11 years & then having to trust a complete stranger in (Mike), to help me reassemble all the jigsaw pieces.
I had to ask Mike some tough questions & I got some really good straight answers from him & his staff.
My debt was over $60,000.00

Stay away from this company, I paid then$6500 to help negotiate my back taxes, of $80,000, and they offered the IRS $2,000, or about less than 3%, which was ridiculous, and they did not bother to inform me before the offer was made. I tried repeatedly to talk to Mike Ornelas, the owner, and  Bbb got nothing but road blocks, and after a year was not able to speak with.Regardless of what they promised you, stay away. They are so incompetent that without my consent, and me not giving my employer email address, this company was emailing me at my employer address.STAY AWAY

I had medical issues in 2017 - 2018 and did not file my taxes. In 2019 I went to see Mike from Sacramento Tax. It was 1500 up front just to take my case and I'm by 2021. I had spent over 4,500 to have him try to do an offering compromise for what I owed in back taxes.
In 2021 I lost my job and the first thing he wanted was his money up front to finish my case. He said they had an agreement and it was put on hold because of me losing my job. In 2022 they took 525 out of my account without telling me and it took 6 months for somebody to find their. Tell me that it was for the coming years payment to do my taxes. In late 2022 I was contacting them to seeing if they have changed the offering compromise since I'd lost 50% of my pay with a new job. I was not getting any response and I asked to see a copy of my file to see what they had done.
I emailed over a half a dozen times with no response or you're working on it and get back to you. I then called and three times I left messages asking that a copy of my final the email to me so I can see what action they did to do an offering compromise on my account. Still nothing to this day. I now am in the position where I have to contact the IRS and state franchise times for on my own because all the money I have. I gave the Sacramento tax to try to settle this and nothing settled. As a business you should provide me with a copy of my file so I can see what work he did but they refused to do so. I will be contacting the better business bureau and finding the complaint along with a complaint for the secretary of state's office.
Do not go see Sacramento tax. He's a liar and he'll just take your money up front and then not contact you.
