Goodwill Donation Xpress

Showed up during normal business hours (and so did a few other people), but it was closed for some reason. No signs or anything saying why.

Been calling for days... no answer. Now that I ready the reviews I won't waste my time. Question... do they really help people or just resell your stuff and make millions??

The young woman working today on Mothers Day was over the top rude to me. Who is rude to someone who is donating? I don't get that. I was concerned that by placing glass vases on top of a picture frame, the weight would break the picture glass. She didn't care and questioned me that if I was concerned about the breakage, it shouldn't be accepted.

They turned me away cause I had more than 2 kitchen bags. I had 2 extra small things besides the kitchen bags. They wouldnt allow me to put my other two items in the kitchen bags to take as they said two bags per car. This is not the first time a goodwill has turned away donations on me. I was recently told they are not allowed to turn you away. This lady was sitting at her desk doing nothing. Horrible especially in the times we are in when family could use items.
