        Unreliable technician. Incompetent customer service at the front desk while lacking common sense. People no doubtably know that actions are a factor of communication. So failing to deliver customer service at the most basic level is avoiding to help a customer. Doing nothing is an action, a decision. So, nope. No recommendations.
