Fallen Leaf Tree Management

They did a great job trimming our trees. However, they took down our backyard lights and didn't put them back, they moved our furniture into our lantana plants and broke them, they left sticks and branches all over the yard, they left a plastic water bottle in our driveway, and they broke one of our hedges (there's a HUGE hole there now). The communication with the office was also terrible. The workers arrived and we weren't there (they knew this ahead of time), yet the workers sat out front for an hour to wait even though we called the office THREE TIMES during that hour (because we could see them on our cameras) to tell them to start work because we would not be home. When we called to explain how the workers left our yard, we were told, "I'll come clean it up." That was A WEEK AGO. The arborist has not even come to assess the work AS PROMISED!!!! We hired Fallen Leaf in 2020, and they did an excellent job. However, something must have changed; WE WILL NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN.

I have used this tree service over the last five years. They do an excellent job and are meticulous. I have big trees in the back and side yards and bring a bucket and chipper. The worker are friendly and their English is great! Recommend ! Service: Tree trimming & pruning
