Hello and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, we keep trying to provide the best information possible to our customers and keep them from having premature failure on our products. In this case your first turbo warranty was given with no question asked, and you already had symptoms of your engine having a problem with the air filter system, but we gave you an exchange turbo (not the same damaged turbo you brought in, it was another one in exchange), on your second turbo since you obviously had the same type of premature failure, we explained this is something from your engine and not our turbo, we opened the turbo in front of you to show you proof that indeed your Nozzle ring had damaged from foreign objects hitting the vanes of the nozzle ring causing the turbo to get stuck and start to pass oil.
