        This UHAUL is managed by the most unfair manager. They did something to their trucks so they can charge customers more for gas which is a 100% fraud.

        Had the longest wait time I have ever experienced at a rental location. I made an online reservation and the the equipment I reserved was unavailable. I would have went to a different location to get what I wanted but I had to wait so long I did not have the time and ended up renting the more expensive equipment. Will not be renting from here again.

Luis R. worked tirelessly to make sure that I was taken care of and had exactly what I needed for my upcoming move. His customer support and fairness was far above any Ive had with any business in a very long time. I wish everyone took care of their customers like Luis and his team took care of me. Great job, guys!
