        I switched from Budget to Penske but it seems that Penske has the same issues. I can't rely on them. Their "reservations" are nothing more than price quotes. I've had this truck reserved for over a week and they called me 1 hour before pickup time to inform me that they don't have it. Back to uhaul. At least they always have trucks.
