        My mini Aussie Shepherd is quit scared going near a vet office but this Banfield at Crocker Village is so good with him. They put him at ease, contact me regarding the appointment while he there and are just plain wonderful. All the staff are personable, friendly and fantastic. Best Banfield Vet office ever.

        I recently had to put my 17 year old cat, Flip, down because he was getting very sick. It was such a difficult process but during my visits at Banfield the staff was very kind, patient and guided me through during the process. I did not opt to receive his ashes but to my surprise they gave me an imprint of his paw print, which I LOVE and will be forever grateful. Thank you Banfield Staff and Vets for helping Flip and helping me through such a tough process.

        I like bringing my dog here and I pay good money for the wellness plan, but the only thing I don't like is that they are so unconsistant. Always closing early or at times they are not open.
