Had a mishap on the phone but other than that they were extremely kind and attentive. Very proactive in calming down my kitten and are polite in bringing warm beverages while you wait. Highly recommend especially for animals who are weary of men , all the staff are women from what Ive seen with my visit . And so many treats for the babies

I have had the best experiences here! All of the staff (receptionist, techs, vets) have been so kind and understanding and careful, and my kitty (Abigail Cinnamon Bun Jr) has received excellent care through routine check-ins and emergency situations. We have mostly seen Dr. Nunes and she has been wonderful! Theyre always so responsive over email and text and have been incredibly accommodating when Ive been running late (sorry guys, and thank you!). Theyre careful about maintaining a fear-free environment and take a lot of precautions. As a plus, they also always offer me a lil bev every time I come in :)

Everyone was genuine and supportive. I've never had an experience so great at a veterinary office... even though the results were very sad, I am so glad I chose Sactown vet. The clinicians & staff were kind & patient with my sweet Beatrice. The situation became urgent very suddenly & they were able to get me in very quickly. Thank you all for taking so much time with us.

From the moment we walked in, everyone was super friendly and excited to meet our cat, Pepper. It was a drastically different experience in terms of how the staff related to Pepper than any other veterinarian office I'd been to. They took us to an exam room immediately and dimmed the lights to make the transition easier for Pepper, they had treats on deck and made sure to go through the exam at her pace. They even elected to do a blood draw at a different appointment because Pepper wasn't having it, and everyone literally cheered for her when she did really well with the vaccines! I'm really excited to be able to bring my other two cats (one of whom was severely abused before she came to me) in for appointments and know that they'll be as comfortable and cared for as they possibly could be outside our home.
