Worst pet hospital ever! My poor dog suffered for almost a year with a skin issue that they failed to diagnose but was given antibiotics medicine and an costly office visit for every time there was a flare up. Ended up taking him to a Dermatologist and got the correct diagnosis, surgery done at a much better vet and my dog has been living happily ever after since with no more issues.

Our dog injured her leg about a month ago, we immediately made an appointment with Banfield on Truxel. After paying $700 for x-rays the vet still had no idea what was going on. They decide for us to come back in and pay for more x-rays. We gladly pay since we are trying to figure out what's wrong with her and get her the treatment she needs. They then tell us that they will be forwarding her records and imaging to the VCA hospital so we could get in contact with the orthopedic surgeon. Another few weeks go by and here we are, we keep calling and decide to call the VCA hospital and they told us that Banfield hasn't sent them anything. We have two dogs and we only stuck with Banfield for our older dog since she's already been going there. I'm super disgusted at this location, their service and lack of motivation. Every time we call to talk and ask what's going on the girls working at the front desk have nasty attitudes. If this isn't your passion then don't work here. This place may be good for regular check ups and vaccines, but don't count on them to do anything to help your pet. Take this review for what it is, but I can't recommend this place, I would just go to a small business. Small businesses actually care unlike big corporations such as Banfield.
