Do not do your taxes here!! They did my taxes wrong and they will not help me. The employees are extremely rude and say they cant help me. I payed over $200 for them not to fix an error they did. I have attempted to contact manager, owner and I still have no answers. If it was me I would put zero stars

Very bad service, 1st every fifteen days the insurance company is telling me what I owe them and what they say are late payments. I went to help me with the taxis and they filled out everything wrong, they never informed me that they were going to enter their account number and they deposited less than what it was and according to them I asked for express shipping and that was what they charged me, (which they also did not were informed to me). When I asked for an explanation it was that I should do what I wanted because the payment had already been made. And they automatically canceled my insurance because I was no longer eligible for 2 children, which I have had for a year and what a coincidence until today they no longer accepted them

Very unprofessional Dont answer any of my questions Avoids not to help Im a victim of fraud, an Individual who works in there allowed my ex husband sign my signature without my consent and now I have a debt from the irs. They didnt really care to answer knowing what they have done. Dont file your taxes here in this place.
