I needed a very bad spot on an already dirty rug cleaned.  From the first call to the receptionist, a quick follow up call from Michael (the owner), the pickup and delivery, all went very well.  I appreciated their expertise with my challenge, the final result (exceeded my expectations) and the professionalism at every level.  Job well done to the whole team.  Many thanks.
