I want to give a shout-out to the Salinas Store Northridge . . I called the store looking for a product . . Spoke to a very knowledgeable young women named Jen . . She was very helpful and took time to see if they had the product . . They had the name brand so went in met Jen . . Took me to the product that was in stock and ordered one that was not in stock . . She was a really sweet young woman and helped me so much . . I have curly hair and needed help . . She explained so much by looking at my hair an advising me how to use the product . . I would recommend this store meeting Jen she restored my faith in stores that sell beauty products . . Met some of the other young ladies . . They all rock . . Very kind . . Hope you at least visit the store . . Worth it

Vanessa M, the hair stylist was able to get my hair cut, treated, and blown out. I called in advance to ask if I could go as a walk in. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the work shes doing. My hair looks amazing I am pleased, I highly recommend her she doesnt disappoint! I plan to go back to her to get a gloss finish in the future :)

I had a great experience during my visit today. Cynthia was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for me. I was unhappy with a perfume that I recently purchased and Cynthia assisted me in finding the perfect perfume for me. She made the return process extremely easy and gave me no issues. Im really happy to know that employees like Cynthia exist. Thank you Cynthia for your hard work.
