Salinas Valley Dental Care

On December 26, 2023 I called the clinic and spoke with Rosie ( front desk staff) and inform her that I need to cancel my appointment on 1/4/24 due to unexpected and important event in SoCal, requested a schedule and she denied me of that instead her recommendation was until June of 2024 - If I will cancel my appointment. I told her that it will be a year it that's the case, I requested to speak with the office manager however she insisted that she is not available after putting me on 5 minutes wait. I ask the VM number so I could leave a message but no avail instead she declares that if I'm not going to take the offered June 2024 appointment then I cannot get any more appointment. Rosie added that the hygienist is ONLY available on that month/date. I have argued that they made they same information last year - absence of hygienist however when we got the appointment thru Anniken ( former office manager) they have availability all year long since they have 4 hygienist..They have the worst customer service or just power tripping on this particular person, her name is Rosie

Always a friendly, caring atmosphere. I love the modern, clean office environment they maintain. The entire staff are well trained and professional, but always make you feel comfortable from beginning to the end.

This dental office is great, super contemporary, clean and comfortable. Tvs with streaming channels in the exam rooms. State of the art x-Ray equipment. Dr. Madeline was wonderful, cleaning that usually gets me really tense was pleasant. I will definitely come back and recommend Salinas valley dental care to friends.

Kind, clean, professional and state of the art. I traditionally don’t like the dentist but, I LOVE these guys. The whole crew is top notch, and would recommend them to everyone.
