DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH THIS "BUSINESS"! My order was confirmed, card was charged. No delivery the day confirned or the day after. I intend to report this to every agency, including my state's fcc banking commission and the attorney general for bank fraud. They need to go. I rated this as 1 only because a zero is not an option.

Brought the flowers my boyfriend got me super late! Plus the flower they brought weren't what he paid for like on the website they advertise. To top is off the flowers they brought were nice but literally looked like they were days old cause the next day they were already dying. Looked like she left them in a warm car all day cause they were all droopy already.

This place is not good. They left flowers after my Aunties funeral was over. When I called them they were rude and not willing to reimburse me. Please don't go to place. I don't want you to have the same experience.

Sent an order to Salinas from out of state and not only did this shop fail to have it delivered, they were super unorganized, never called back, and had the nastiest attitude as if they didn't even want to run their shop. They never delivered the order and then texted something about a REdelivery fee after THEY messed up and failed to deliver it to the right place. I know shops need to make a profit, but their plants were a straight up ripoff and they are overcharging on purpose. This shop is a joke and a sad excuse for an establishment. It gives florists a bad rep. Their poor managing skills put them on "Do Not Use" lists with other florists. Judging from the previous reviews, I will let y'all know that you can report businesses like this to the Better Business Bureau and I urge you to do so. No business should get away with this.
