Always super friendly! And when you need something they are all on it and fast to respond. We dont live in the area but made it a point to stay with Lisa because her team and her are just that good !!

I have been with this agency for quite a while now. I have always found them helpful, personable getting the job done immediately. I do not see myself moving from Jeanette Nicely agency.

I will never switch carriers! I love my service at this State Farm office. The service reps are warm, friendly and provide excellent service. They always respond quickly to any questions or concerns I have. And when Ive needed service related but not provided through State Farm,Lisa has gone out of her way to do all the legwork for me, and then consistently followed up to check that everything was completed to my satisfaction. Absolutely an over the top, excellent provider!
