I would give zero starts if I could.  I called the number 831-240-0390 to only ask questions about obtaining a loan. Before I could ask anything they refused to answer my questions until I gave them my personal information and information on my car.  They stated they would answer once they had the information.  I gave my information and was transferred to anther agent which I was on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally reach someone to ask the questions, they didn't have all the answers and told me they would transfer me to another agent.  He also stated after I spoke the agent they were transferring me to, I would be transferred to ANOTHER agent who would obtain my information again and collect copies of all my check stubs, title, etc. After they obtain the copies then I would be sent to ANOTHER agent to process the loan, so on and so forth.I let the second agent I spoke with that I was no longer interested in the loan.  Way too many hands in the pot with my information .... Way too much work .... Way too time consuming .... Not worth it to me.
