I honestly believe the girls there reserve the shoes in the back for themselves. A chubby girl in the front went to go get a shoe in the back for my girlfriend & while she was on her way to the back she called her co workers name to look at the shoe and the other girl said you better not! like?? You better not what? Give my girlfriend your shoe? It was weird she was in there for 5 seconds, came back and said sorry, like I get that you might really not have the shoe but dont make it sketchy and make my girlfriend and I feel uncomfortable.

There's a reason why this Journeys location continually receives 1 star on their reviews. Poor management, no interpersonal skills with customers, and little to no merchandise available to purchase. I would recommend to purchase online but the item I intended to return was a used/display item. My item was not accepted for return due to the fact that I didn't have the original credit card I purchased the item with (though frustrating I can understand). Unfortunately the manger's poor attitude made this a rather poor experience.

Staff does not know how to work with people. Everyone is so young and are quick with attitude
