Ivan Burgoa Painting did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home this year. He gave us a fair price for careful, detailed prep, quality materials, painting and cleanup work. He alerted us to fascia work that needed addressed and coordinated major stucco work. Ivan helped us with color choices. He put up samples of the two different sets of colors we liked on several different spots around the house to compare the paints on different textures and in different lights. He used high quality paints appropriate for the surface: stucco, brick or wood. We highly recommend Burgoa painting and are looking forward to having him refinish our front door next.

Excellent exterior paint job! Ivan's prep work with attention to detail makes his work outstanding. He is professional, responsive, and invested in every step of the paint project. Ivan actually repaired and repainted an entire section of our home that was unfortunately painted a year earlier by a different local painting business. We wish we had started with Ivan. Ivan painted the exterior of our house and went above and beyond expectations. The meticulous prep work as well as awareness of problem areas has assisted us in the preservation of our home. This is not to mention the detailed and clean painting of our home. We look forward to when we can have him return and paint t koi he inside of our house. Thank you for everything Ivan and crew!
