Very nice guy and professional. The issue was the incredibly high price and the proposed work did not need to be even remotely that invasive. A quote for the correct work by another company who did the job was 1/2 the roto rooter quote. A job they did last summer with hydro jet might have blasted apart some remaining orangeburgh, which is supposedly common around here. If that common then the hydro jet should never be offered unless a camera is for sure done first. The other company did much more work than Roto would have yet far less invasive! For half the price.

They came late but worked and cleared a clog and gave us a good assessment of the problem. He also offered a solution long term if this happens again.
