        Worst experience ever . My parents canceled their member ship 3 months ago and turned in their fobs with a lady at the front desk . Said everything was taken care of and just wrote down their names and 3 months later .. they have been charged ! They went in last week about the charges and a gentleman confirmed that she indeed did not cancel their accounts and talked them to freezing their account giving them a month worth a refund. Just to find out that they once again charged them !!! And that the freeze would only be 6 months . I have been calling and calling and no one answered or returns calls matter fact some one hung up on my dad twice when asking why they hadnt canceled . The People at the front need to be properly trained !! They have no phone manner and they are causing so many issues !!! My parents cannot afford to be charged for services that they have not used !! If the owner of some one from corporate can call me , I know want all their money returned !! And we will never come here ever again! I have never had issues with any other gyms with canceling membership
