Frank came to my house for a refrigerator/ freezer problem. He told me how to fix the problem and did not charge me. He is friendly and knowledgeable, I will be using him in the future.

After two very highly rated appliance repair shops didn't even return my calls, I called Frank and he and his worker came out and checked out my broken ice maker. First they checked to see if the hose was frozen and when it wasn't they checked the ice maker to see if it was fixable. Like most modern things, it wasn't.  I had already ordered a replacement from Whirlpool, so they installed it. And they opened up where the coils are and cleaned out a bunch of ice that had built up and did a couple of other things while they had the whole freezer drawer out.And they are nice guys.

Been using Frank for appliance repair for fifteen years now. I've used him for repairs to appliances in my own home, and also for appliances in rentals that I've managed as a property manager. In all these years, he has never disappointed me, whether it's price, timing, diagnosis or repair. I give his number to every friend that needs something fixed. They always rave about him afterward.
