        All of a sudden, my 2011 Kia Soul had 2 recalls. I brought it here, and Wes was amazing with his communication. They even washed my car. If their sales department is as great as their service department, I look forward to getting my new car here.

        WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They have had my car for weeks now and no-one has contacted me, with updates. I have called SEVERAL times leaving voicemails and still nothing. Customer service just sends me to the service department voicemail where no-one has gotten back to me. Also, last time I went here for an oil change it took 4.5 hours....
