This dealers service department is the worst service department. I made appointment for B12 service code which is oil change, tire rotation, engine and cabin filter. The representative told me it will take only 2 hours even if you take a shuttle (lyft) to and from your work place in case you dont want to wait for service. I took my car to the service department at 7:25 AM to the service department of Kearny Mesa Acura (20 minutes earlier than my appointment). The service advisor in absence of my service advisor asked me if I need my car early or later. When I told him that I need my car early ASAP, he said, I will put your car service in high priority and it will be ready in 2 hours. While I was waiting for Lyft, I went to the lounge area to get coffee and nobody was waiting for car service. I called around 10:00 AM and talked to my service advisor Alexander Saykanata, and he said the service has not been started yet. When I explained him the situation and urgency of the need, he said, he will put it in top priority. I called around 11:30 AM to follow up on my car service and left message, but no response. I called at 12 PM and talked to the front office in order to talk to someone in service department, she tried and no one answered. She said, she will leave urgent message for the service department to give me a call. Nobody called until 1:00 PM, so I called nobody answered again. I called front desk and asked to find someone in service department to see if my car is ready, but nothing has been done. I decided to take my car to another dealership and they did the service in one and half hour. I will not recommend Acura of Kearny Mesa, I wish there was a zero star to give them.
