I was very pleased with the experience I had at BabyCakes. I had requested a cake to be made at the last minute for my boyfriends surprise birthday party and they were incredibly accommodating. The British gentleman on the phone was very polite and helpful, listing the plethora of flavors they had available as well as helping me pick out the correct size cake for the number of people. They had no issues getting the cake ready with the short timeframe they were given. Not to mention, it was absolutely delicious and there was barely any left to take home. I received tons of compliments on the cake at the party. Highly recommend.

I love this place so much! I've been getting my birthday cakes and cupcakes here every year for the past few years and they do the best job. They obviously taste phenomenal, but they're also beautifully decorated! Patrice was so helpful and lovely to work with. Thank you to the Babycakes team for making my birthday so special every year!

Excellent service, excellent confections and for a great price. We needed a candle for my daughter's birthday and they happily gave us one. Very impressed with this place!

Extremely disappointed. I ordered my wedding cake through them and sent them two inspiration pictures, and told them Id like to combine both designs that Ive attached here (red and white small hearts on a heart shaped cake with Just Married on it) and this is what I got. Huge red and black hearts with sloppy handwriting that wasnt even connected. Immediately called them to see if they could fix it because it wasnt what I ordered and honestly it just looked sloppy and rushed, and the woman on the phone argued with me the entire time! It was like pulling teeth to get them to even try to fix it! I never, ever write reviews, but the sloppiness of the design and the extremely condescending woman on the phone drove me to warn anyone to stay away from this place. If this was my business, I never would have let that cake leave the store, and I especially wouldnt have been condescending to a bride on her wedding day who simply asked if you could fix it.
