They have lost a customer now. I feel sad for them, it looks like a store thats going to get closed anyways and the older lady at the reception is making sure that it should close down soon. I feel bad for the other man working there - he will lose his job too because of this ladys rudeness. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is for the older lady at the store - she was nicely chatting to an American gentleman before me, but as soon as she saw me her racism got the better of her. I went for a pickup order after getting an email from them. The older lady at the reception started telling me, you should come 1 to 2 hours after putting in an order - I told her I came because I received an email that said the order is ready. Then her reply was - sometimes they just send the email - is it magic? Obviously someone from the store had notified the software, that's why I got the email. And even if there is a bug - she should take it up with the software department of the company - what is a customer supposed to do? Anyhow, I got my package which was right before my eyes. Then I told her my phone number to pay fo some extra items I had picked up from the store - after entering the number, I asked her if she can use the rewards on my account. Then she said, you are not signed up for rewards in a loud voice. That is such a lie. Then I raised my voice too and told her that I am a member there. In the end, I got the rewards which were on my account. Disgusting behavior.

Great store, convenient location but staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. There is only one tall gentleman at the checkout who is friendly and helpful.

The only CVS I actually kind of like. CVS is usually a place of last resort for when Ive forgotten something, need it quick or late at night. The employees make this location exceptional.

Ive been to this location multiple times and it almost always seems like they hardly ever have even basic items (especially basic beverages) in stock. If youre looking for customer service in this place, youre more likely to get better service in a graveyard. If you do find someone, especially at the cashier, they dont want to help check you out. They will gladly point you in the direction of the self checkout.
