Having just completed our first project with Nasim Shamsaei of BNS Design Group, we could not be more pleased with all that she did to make our lives easier and our project a stunning success. We hired Nasim to help remodel a very dated condo in Del Mar. It was built in the 1960s and still had all of the original dcor. Nasim has an amazing eye for detail and design, and quickly came up with a plan for refreshing the home. This included knocking down walls for a more open design, making the small condo look significantly larger. Nasim selected appliances, tile, paint, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures and flooring that created a very comfortable, contemporary living space. She managed the entire project, from the technical drawings required for HOA approval, through coordinating all of the contractors, down to the tiniest details of every aspect of the remodel. Nasim negotiated prices with our contractors and helped us save significant costs on labor and materials. She was even at the condo almost every day overseeing the contractors and making sure no stone was left unturned. Nasim was highly responsive, flexible to our needs, and treated the project as if it were her home. To be honest, we were not sure we needed an interior designer for our project, but choosing Nasim and BNS Design Group was the best decision we could have made. Service: Refurbishment
