        Response was fairly quick but I specially asked how much it would cost and was told there is a $35 up front charge plus maybe a $40 charge for picking the lock. Afterward I was told it was $199. I was given a $50 discount but that was still $75 more than I was originally told.

        Called two hours ago and they still havent arrived. I keep getting 30-45 minutes added to the ETA. Not reliable at all.
