Bolt Laundry Service

Pretty sure this company is a scam. My Fianc is traveling for work currently and set up and paid for a pick up date (and had it confirmed via text). Bolt never showed up and just keeps saying the driver is "running a little late". They are now over 24 hours late and stopped responding on their chat and won't issue a refund. Pretty sure the other reviews are fake based on this experience. Update: they have canceled the order but with zero contact to either of us. Definitely not a trustworthy business. I see the response but at no time was he called, I also didn't list him name so this reply also seems generic - another clue that you shouldn't use them.

Love this service! We use it once a month in my household when things get hectic for us. Clothes always come back super clean, nicely folded, and they even deliver it up my 4th floor walk up. Their online system makes it super easy to book. Highly recommend!

I needed to wash some things that are too big for my machine--blankets, heavy terry cloth robes--and dreaded a trip to the laundromat. I found Bolt Laundry on Yelp and decided to give them a try. They did a great job. Things were clean and beautifully folded.

Awesome! Reliable and communicative. Pick up and delivery on time. Questions promptly answered via text. Clothes folded nicely and separated logically with similar items. I cannot say enough about how perfect this business is. When you need someone else to do your laundry, it's great to know you can count on them.

This review is long overdue. For more than a year Bolt Laundry has been my laundry service. I appreciate everything they do for me. Clothes returned on time and neatly bundled for putting away. Always spotless and smelling fabulous. Many choices of services , customizable and responsive. Keeping this 77 year old out of the nursing home. But most of all I want everyone to know they are the nicest people. Everyone is kind ,friendly, helpful and honest. I left valuables in dress pockets and they were carefully returned at the top of the bag where I could easily retrieve them. Don't know what I would do without them.
